John and Susan in service are very helpful and accommodating, I went in for a Freon Capacity check, they not only fixed it right away but also found a major issue with the head gasket. They despite being super busy, took my trailer in next day first thing in morning and completed the major repair by 3 pm, they charged me very fairly and the bill was even 1000$ less than the given estimate. They have won my future business and referrals.

My company had a Thermo King unit installed back in December at this location. When I arrived to pick up the truck they assigned a mechanic named Matt to help teach me how to use the new unit, and what to do if it's not working correctly. All of this was extremely helpful.
Before I left Matt told me to contact him personally if i had any issues at all, and gave me his cell number.
Fast forward to last night, it was 2 degrees here in Colorado and the Thermo King wasn't working. It was 11pm at night and I figured I should take Matt up on his offer for help, so I texted him. I didn't think he'd respond, I'll be honest.

From John in Sales to Bruce in the Shop to Matt the mechanic, you couldn't ask for a better team of individuals who love what they do and are the best at what they do. Ensuring you're their happiest customer! These guys are my home team and they'll do their best for me every time I drop by. I'm lucky to know and have them working on my truck!
