“I went to fix my lip piercings (snake bites) and switch to hoops, and change my nose ring. One lip was embedded and she was able to remove it safely. The owner was super friendly/understanding and answered my questions. I was a walk-in and didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes, and the price was great! 10/10 would recommend :D“
