Called because of no heat on one of the coldest days so far. Harps repair person showed up within an hour. Inspected system and found that our propane tank had run out. Not sure sure how that happened as we're on automatic delivery. Our gas company was called and the tank filled later that morning. Thank you Harp for the quick response and reasonable price.
We had a great experience qworking with HARP FAM SERV. On the prior Sat our old oil furnace decided no heat anymore. We contacted HARP and a very freindly and knowledgable staff member came out and reviewed our situation, did an extensive inspection of our furnace and came to the conclusion that our old unit was not repairable. Considering the fact that the unit was 31 years old there was no surprise. We got an appointment for replacement 3 days later.
