I just moved to Connecticut from Florida and was in desperate need of a new accountant. He came highly recommended. He got back to me in a timely manner after an introduction, and I met with him shortly after. He is extremely knowledgeable of Connecticut tax law and federal law and will do the very best for his clients. This was obvious. He doesn't bog you down with legalese but will explain anything you need to understand. He has like 6 computers in front of him (!) and is very up to date. If I can recommend an optometrist, Dr Seth is it. From the moment I walked in the office ,the office staff to Dr Seth. They were all genuinely nice, very friendly.I was in for my yearly routine with new Dr. . Let me say never once have I ever met with any optometrist, who took the time to explain everything so clearly to me. I never felt rushed and was very comfortable. He did all the routine testing himself, explained everything as he was doing this. I was even shown imagines of inside of my eyes on one test. Honestly it was very interesting and I was very impressed. This was the 1st time I've experienced this. If your looking for an optometrist look no further. Highly recommended.

Jose called a few minutes after I spoke to the receptionist for a Saturday emergency fill. We discussed the cost and timing and he called back 3 minutes before arrival and filled the tank to the 100 gallons I requested. Jose had fantastic customer service.
John and Susan in service are very helpful and accommodating, I went in for a Freon Capacity check, they not only fixed it right away but also found a major issue with the head gasket. They despite being super busy, took my trailer in next day first thing in morning and completed the major repair by 3 pm, they charged me very fairly and the bill was even 1000$ less than the given estimate. They have won my future business and referrals.

I have been going to Bocasa for over 5 years now. I have gone to Fena the entire time and I rave about her. I have 5 girls and she handles my oldest 3 with so much professionalism and kindness. Fena is very meticulous with my nails and very seasoned. Fena treats us with such love we look at her like family. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one that truly understood what I need and now my girls. I would follow fena anywhere.
The tech arrived during scheduled time, checked my a/c system, and determined my unit needed more freon. He added some more freon and finished the maintenance in a professional manner.
Nate is an excellent technician. He throughly explains the issue and the solution to resolve it. Promptly finishes the work and cleans up before leaving. Highly recommended.
