She was such a perfectionist with everything she does right down to design and placement. Reigning Ink as a whole is a most welcoming and professional tattoo studio. I just moved to Connecticut from Florida and was in desperate need of a new accountant. He came highly recommended. He got back to me in a timely manner after an introduction, and I met with him shortly after. He was able to sort through all my paperwork and speak with my financial advisor to catch me up on what I owed and project for the future. He is extremely knowledgeable of Connecticut tax law and federal law and will do the very best for his clients. This was obvious. He doesn't bog you down with legalese but will explain anything you need to understand. He has like 6 computers in front of him (!) and is very up to date. I can finally rest easy now that I am in good hands when it comes to my financial situation. I highly recommend Mr. Renouf.

John and Susan in service are very helpful and accommodating, I went in for a Freon Capacity check, they not only fixed it right away but also found a major issue with the head gasket. They despite being super busy, took my trailer in next day first thing in morning and completed the major repair by 3 pm, they charged me very fairly and the bill was even 1000$ less than the given estimate. They have won my future business and referrals.

Jose called a few minutes after I spoke to the receptionist for a Saturday emergency fill. We discussed the cost and timing and he called back 3 minutes before arrival and filled the tank to the 100 gallons I requested. Jose had fantastic customer service.

I have been going to Bocasa for over 5 years now. I have gone to Fena the entire time and I rave about her. I have 5 girls and she handles my oldest 3 with so much professionalism and kindness. Fena is very meticulous with my nails and very seasoned. Fena treats us with such love we look at her like family. I have tried many nail salons and this is the only one that truly understood what I need and now my girls. I would follow fena anywhere.
The tech arrived during scheduled time, checked my a/c system, and determined my unit needed more freon. He added some more freon and finished the maintenance in a professional manner.
Was not getting power to our clothes dryer. Matt came out and found that our breaker box was rusted out with water damage. Along with Angel, Matt came in the next day , replaced all the breakers,checked all our outlets; possibly avoiding a disaster brewing to happen. Plus these two guys were beyond courteous
