“Paul absolutely saved my day today. I had made an appointment with a different electrician, which fell thru. I needed an electrician so a tenant could move into an apartment we own, so there was a timing pressure and I was so stressed. It was a Hail Mary, but I made a flurry of calls, and Paul answered. Not only did he answer, but he gave me a realistic window when he'd be able to show up, kept in touch with me and was even able to show up earlier than projected, which was just so great.
