I received coloring service along with shampoo and conditioner and I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. It came out beautifully.

Last week, I went to a different salon to get highlights, and as you can see in the first picture, they messed up my hair. It turned out orange, and the color was much lighter on top and in the front, but darker underneath. I wanted to cry!

Thank goodness my nail tech (who also works at Platinum Salon) told me to book an appointment there. She said they could fix it—and she was right! It was the best choice I could have made. Diane gave me exactly the color I wanted, and I was so happy when I saw the final result. I felt so much better after feeling really down about how my hair looked before.
