Pablo, Daniel, and his team are the most honest, reliable, and reasonably priced contractors we ever hired. They are fast and efficient and both times they did work for us, the final price was exactly what the original quote was. They have a wealth of experience, skill and talent not to mention they are kind and respectful people. Here is a work-in-progress and finished photo of some repair work they did on the front fascia of our house, which had dry-rotted wood. They replaced it with PVC fascia and the end result is perfect. We highly recommend the Schroders - once they do one job for you, you won't want to work with anyone else.
