Carter and his son are true professionals in every sense of the word. Not only did they perform quality work (ripping down old trim, installing new sheetrock + molding, painting), but they are also patient and communicative. When we had to deviate from our initial plan due to some unforeseen wall issues, they were patient in working out different possible solutions and helped me to think it through from all angles. Pricing details had to change because of the newly increased scope of the job, and Carter was very clear with me about revised invoices and making sure we didn't blow our budget. He has been able to help us with any home improvement we have requested. He always leaves his site clean and tidy.
