Ven fixed it! My computer hard drive crashed and he was quick to respond on the day I called. He was honest, authentic and delivered on his overall assessment. He recovered all my data files, he also upgraded the laptop with a solid state hard drive and loaded my Windows 10 operating system. Ven is an IT expert, very knowledgeable and will now be a go to resource for any of my computer needs.
