All of our interactions with King Energy have been nothing but positive and made us feel like we were valued customers. The few times we have had to call them for anything, they are always very responsive and go above and beyond. The most recent call involved a service they no longer offer but because I was concerned about just picking another contractor off the internet, they came out and took a look, made some recommendations and then agreed to take care of it for us anyways. A few days later, the work was completed and at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough about happy we are with this company! We had our existing cooling and heating system replaced with a Geothermal System from King Energy. It was a fantastic experience overall! The system works very well, they were willing and able to do a customized plan that worked for our needs and within our space. I would highly recommend anyone that wants a geothermal system to reach out to King.
We always appreciate the prompt attention we receive from King Energy. They installed our Geothermal system 11 years ago, updated it when we built an addition, and have had to come out to address some minor issues. Not only is the team professional, but they also identified the problem almost immediately. They were patient with my questions and showed me what I can do to avoid the problem in the future.
