I've been using Jones Heating Service for a number of years and enjoy dealing with them. It's a family run business that is honest and dependable and a pleasure to deal with. It makes you feel good about writing the check for their services knowing that you are directly supporting the family of a local hard working local business owner. I look forward to my next call from them for my annual burner tune up. I'm sending my sister over for her burner service needs.

Eric is a true professional, timely, great communication and does a thorough job. He recommends only what is needed with an explanation that is easy to understand. Jones Heating Service is my go-to company for my heating service needs.

We had an issue with our oil burner and lost our hot water. We had originally called another company who came out to our house to look at it. They were there for over two hours and finally came to the conclusion that special tools were needed to diagnose the issue and left. We called Eric and he was able to come out in a timely manner. He troubleshot, fixed and explained everything to us in about thirty minutes. (He didn't need any special tool). His prices were half the price of any other company in the area, and as the owner and sole operator of the company you can see he genuinely cares about the quality of his work and customers. I would recommend Eric to anyone and I will continue to use him in the future
