They were prompt, Professional and courteous. They replace my water heater in a matter of hours. I will use them again.

This is the 4th time we have used Service Plus and we couldn’t be happier. Nicest people—great work—considerate of your home—reliable—great communication. Are they a good deal—I wouldn’t know—what I do know is they do a great job in a timely fashion and are friendly to boot. Ive used many plumbers in my life and some were good plumbers—but never great—there always seemed to be issues. Service Plus is a great company.

We had water coming up from our floors & needed someone ASAP in Putnam CT!! We called Service Plus on Monday. Sam told us he would be out that afternoon! He said he would call when he was on his way & he did!!! He was there within 4 hrs & helped calm us down!! Haha! He told us that we were in good hands & we WERE!!! He wasn't sure what it was but he said he would be back on Tuesday. Sam arrived about 11 & was done & finished about 5 pm!!! It was a kink in the pipe that was surrounded by cement.
