The staff is very friendly and the entire facility is spotless. There are several of each machine and it's spacious enough to not feel crowded. There are several papertowel/disinfectant stations provided to wipe down your machines or tanning beds or hydro massage beds before/after using.There are several large TV's with different stations on each. It's pretty quiet, even when crowded.Ages range quite a bit. There are a lot of much older people that go to this gym, and I actually think they should have more handicap spaces available because of the large variety of people that I've encountered here. The staff is always so friendly and encouraging. The gym is very clean, and the staff is always out and about on the floor cleaning. It’s so easy to ask for help with a machine it never feels like I’m a bother. The equipment is very challenging and comfortable to use. There is good air flow so you can have a comfortable workout. I love the spa extras, my favorite is the hydro massage!!! The crowd meter on the app is very accurate too.

This is a terrific gym. The staff is friendly and helpful and they do a great job of keeping the place very clean (including the bathrooms and showers). The other clients seem friendly as well and as their motto says, Planet Fitness is a "judgement free zone". There are people of all ages, sizes and shapes and everybody seems welcome. They have plenty of exercise equipment and I've never really have had to wait to use a piece of equipment.The Willimantic location is adjacent to Stop & Shop, near ECSU and right door to Moe's.
