I've been a customer for 20 years now. They've always been super responsive and helpful, including those days where they had to pull into my neighbor's driveway to get to my tank or to wade through 2 feet of snow. Their service is top notch and the staff are all personable and friendly!

I've purchased home heating oil from Ives Bros twice during this past winter season and they always delivered quickly - both instances they made a delivery by 10:00 am the following morning. Their competitive pricing and online ordering system are also a huge plus for my shopping experience.

I have been a long time customer of Ives Brothers Oil but today they exceeded my expectations. I woke up to a cold house because we made the mistake of letting the oil run out. I called Ives 3 minutes after they opened (8am). The woman was pleasant & worked to help solve my issues even thought it was a very busy Monday morning as the Temps were 19 degrees (coldest day of the year so far)
I got my oil delivered by 930 AM , Thanks for the excellent service!
