I highly recommend Battiston's, they have been very easy to work with. Things that I needed back quickly I got back the next day, as promised, and the rest of my items came back in a reasonable amount of time. Everything came back without any aroma at all. Which is prefect! Exactly what I was hoping for. Kevin Hale was easy to communicate with. He kept me informed of when delivery and pick ups would take place. If I called him or text him he was always available to answer my questions. It made going through this while process a lot easier. Caleb, who assisted with deliveries was very polite and professional. Everything came returned, tagged according to which room they took the items from. Awesome! Cheapest tailors I’ve ever been to in Connecticut! I’ve inquired with other tailors who charge $50, $120, etc for the same alterations I got done here. You can’t beat the price!
