Jamie goes above and beyond! As new homeowners, we were recommended to him from our realtor and have used him used him for a few small jobs around the house. The reason I am leaving this review though is for helping us with a real emergency last year. We had a sump pump failure around 8pm on a Wednesday night. We honestly didn't know who else to call as our whole basement was flooded. We called Jamie and he come out in no less than 15 minutes. The guy could have been asleep on his couch for all we know, but he didn't even bat an eye. He even brought a new sump pump to install incase we didn't have one.
