Called the office to reschedule my tattoo removal appointment multiple times, because the office closed down when COVID hit. I was was givin the run around being told the equipment was broken. The last call I made I was told because “the state will probably go back to phase 1”. I ran into one of the employees who I recognized at Comberland Farms one morning and I asked, I was told that they were not reopening the “laser side” side because Dr. Fortier is getting older and retiring. I was getting a tattoo removed here in 2019. However since last March when everything shut down, they seem to have dropped tattoo removal completely with strange, possibly made up reasons. I called a few months ago and was told the “laser was broken” then called again recently and was told they aren’t doing it “because the state will probably go back to phase 1”. Seems like they are just making things up to say to people and now I have a partially removed tattoo with nowhere to go. No idea what the real story is with this office but very unprofessional to leave people hanging with no solution, especially a medical office.

I have been going here for a little over a year working with Yolanda on my laser hair removal. She has made me feel so comfortable with each session that went by and helped me reach my desired skin in my specific areas! She is literally the best and I am so happy I made the decision to follow through with this treatment. 10/10!
