Called Advanced Pest Control because we had some small black bugs making their way inside our house which was becoming a problem.
Instead of coming out and charging a diagnostic fee like most other companies, they asked me to send them a few pictures.
In a few hours they were able to tell me exactly what type of pest it was and gave me a few steps to try at home. They said if bugs don’t go away in a few weeks after I follow their steps, they told me to call them back and they will come out for service.
That is how you do business!

They're great! We would highly recommend them. Jesse has brought our mice problem under control, and he has also successfully gotten rid of the voles that were causing problems in the grassy areas. They're efficient, competent, and friendly. What more need be said.
