Not sure why so many negative reviews!! Dr Yu has been my family eye doctor for years, and she is beyond amazing. Front desk has also always been so kind and helpful. Nothing negative to say about this practice!!

Was a patient for two years and really loved it. Then I tried to make an appointment with three fullmonths til year-end only to be told by a receptionist that the next available appointment was in January. Never got any reminders by email or regular mail or text. Am disapointed that I have to find another eye care provider. Am even more disappointed that unlike other practices no reminder system is set up. Seems like that would take little effort. Westport Eyecare you can do better! Unless of course you don't want to? Apparently losing patients isn't a primary concern.

The best! I've been seeing Dr Manion and Dr Yu for years now. Two incredible and caring doctors. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Years ago I needed contacts and couldn't get the office before closing. Dr Manion actually met me, after hours in a parking lot to personally deliver my lenses. Amazing ladies.
