Our son began training at the Dojo this year and looks forward to his weekly classes with Sensei Sarah with excitement and enthusiasm. Under her guidance, he is gaining self confidence, strength, and body awareness as well as invaluable life lessons. Sensei Sarah knows how to teach kids and talk to them so they feel like an adult is really listening and present. The entire Dojo Team has gone above and beyond during these crazy stay-safe-at-home because of Covid times by maintaining weekly classes and connection with our young students. We just received a hand written postcard in the mail encouraging our son to keep up the hard work. Thank you Sensei Sarah, Shihan Manny and Sempai Manny for your devotion to our kids. They are thriving at the Dojo and applying their skills in life.

All three of our kids train at the Dojo and it has simply been the best experience for all of them. The staff is unbelievably dedicated, professional, and are simply all around outstanding people. We are so grateful for the Dojo Westport in our community & lives!
