It has been a long while since I purchased a pair of glasses from Specs, but I was back in town visiting...and my reading glasses suffered a lost screw in one of the arms. I brought it in not expecting anything, however Trish was immediately responsive and replaced the missing screw. For free. Amazing service. Recommended. And next time I'm in town and need a pair of glasses, I will certainly give them a go. They look like they have some interesting frames!

First and foremost I’d like to say wow! I have a collection of glasses and a pair broke. Brought them in for repair Specs gave me a fair price to say the least but the wow factor is due because I left my pair there for upwards of 2 years forgetting all about them. Got a call a few days ago and long story short I received my glasses in mint condition. 10/10 for my experience with this place. Literally in Awe.

Mark thoughtfully selected frames that were custom-eyes'd for my face and lifestyle. There was no rush, no pressure sales. Chris, the owner of SPECS, accommodated a complicated repair on my own eyeglasses, at no cost, along with yummy chocolate candy!
