Had a fine experience here. Not busy at all, I called ahead to see what the wait time was and there wasn't any on a Monday afternoon. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did a good job with a regular pedicure and a gel manicure - took her time with both! Very patient when I was picking my nail color and even helped me pick the color for my gel mani as I was between 2 colors. A little painful when she was pushing back/cutting my cuticles, and I told her a couple times, but it didn't change after I told her. I think she nicked me a bit on one finger as well, it stung a little when she put alcohol on it. The colors are really nice too and she was very meticulous when putting the nail polish on, except I left with some gel polish on my skin, which came off shortly after. Overall experience was fine and it got the job done, I'd consider coming back to get my nails done.

They prepare you to spend more time with massages and then tell YOU how to tip. It is a gratuity tip and you to the customer how much they want to tip. And, initially it was frowned on to tip the owners… I could’ve flown to Florida for the price!?Rude!!Services: Manicures
