Our entire family lives Dr. Patel. For the many years we’ve ‘seen’ (pun intended) her we’ve all been pleased with her compassion and professionalism. She’s checked in on Sundays with my daughters and been so kind. She invests in the best technology for eye health. We highly recommend her entire practice.
I recently visited doctor Shreya Patel's office and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a warm and friendly Izabella that immediately put me at ease. Their expertise and state-of-the-art equipment made for a top-notch experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided thorough explanations for each step of the examination process. I highly recommend Shreya Patel's office for exceptional eye care.
Dr. Patel is amazing, she truly goes above and beyond! She has a vast amount of experience and we are so lucky to have her in Westport. She's very calm and nurturing with my children and extremely professional. My only complaint is not of her but her office admins/staff. Appointments are routinely changed without talking to patients. This has now happened to me three times for my son (and it's very frustrating because we have school pickups for other kids and other doctors appointments that we're juggling). The last time this happened, it resulted and our appointment getting shifted by weeks for a treatment that he needed sooner rather than later. Today... read full review
