I recently used Diiorio Landscaping and Excavating to excavate and install a 1000 gallon propane tank at my house and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Phil Diiorio and his team came recommend to me by an industry professional who regarded him as one of the neater, more professional excavators. I bid this excavation job out to five local excavators and ultimately awarded it to Phil for a number of reasons including fair price, communication throughout process, questions he asked / things he pointed out, and reputation. Phil was on time and got the job done on time, including breaking through a serious amount of rock ledge, to keep the overall project on schedule. He then went above and beyond the following day when the city DOB inspector alerted my propane contractor the day of our rough-in inspection that the city was no longer going onsite for inspections, and all had to be done via FaceTime. Problem was my propane contractor could not meet onsite that day so our project would be delayed. Thats when Phil contacted the DOB inspector, conducted the inspection via FaceTime, and kept us on schedule.
