Child’s Pose Yoga is the ultimate peaceful space for my children. The moment you enter the studio you feel relaxed, calm and happy. You couldn’t ask for a better yoga instructor than Carly. She has a gift for keeping the kids engaged and is able to send them home with the tools they need to keep their bodies moving and their minds calm. Child’s Pose Yoga and Carly are top of our list!
