From the site survey to the start of a three-day job the punctuality and communication throughout the process was excellent. Steve, the owner listened carefully to the scope of work of the various projects and completely accomplished the repair of all areas. His work crew (three men, which is a FULL crew) were friendly, extremely hard-working, and took GREAT care in their work. Oh Rizzo, I probably see these guys more than I see my close friends. They cut our lawn weekly, have done masonry work on our driveway, aerated our yard, planted trees - basically everything that looks in our yard is because of them. Steve is probably one of the most effective communicators I've ever met, and the crew is always on time, professional and goes above and beyond in their attention to detail. We moved to CT from NYC with zero outdoor gear nor knowledge of how to maintain an over acre property. Rizzo has educated us, given us recommendations and has brought joy to our lives.
