NEA is an expert in the Design-Build field. We worked directly with NEA’s principal Jay DiApice on a kitchen renovation, re-design of the first floor plan, adding architectural details to the dining area, building a contemporary bathroom, and a modern material roof makeover along with new dormer construction.The kitchen was an enormous undertaking which entailed building custom cabinets, organizational drawers, a pantry, and wine storage. The roof construction required quick problem-solving of several 1980s poorly-installed oversized skylights that resulted in maximizing natural light for our den.Jay gives you peace of mind and sound advice.
