Thanks to Westbrook Flooring I don't have to worry about slipping on my wood stairs any longer! Their selection of carpet was extensive and the installation was precise and they were very responsive to all our questions. I definitely recommend this local CT coastline business.

My highest recommendation, and thanks, goes to Westbrook Floors. They spent an hour with us helping us pick flooring for the whole house. We scheduled the installation within two weeks. The crew came when they said they would and finished when they promised. Most important, the floor is beautiful -- even better than we imagined it would be. I was particularly impressed that the owner of the company came by on a Sat. to help us deal with an unexpected problem (not w/ the floor). Excellent product, excellent service and kind, gracious people too. Five stars!

Look no further!!!! Westbrook floor covering appears to be one of the last family owned businesses and as such you will get ALL the benefits of personal time and attention. Bonnie and Russ are a great team knowing their products and measuring to insure proper supply without an abundance of extra. Allie, their daughter has an eye for design and all 3 work together in this comfortable, laid back, low pressure but knowledgable atmosphere. Westbrook floor covering was the one company I had NO Problems with when completing work on my house, from the ordering to the installation crew. The attention to detail was much appreciated! Thank you!!! I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!!
