I have used them in the past and was happy with my services...but I have tried for 4 months to get an appointment and feel that they have to have a better system....perhaps online so that they can call the person who they have a spot available...I am always told to call on one day of the month....they are only available till 1...last month I called 87 times and never got through....when I did the next day they were full....today I'm at 46 times....it's just really difficult. The lady always says basically first come first serve....wouldn't it be better to say have someone submit a request....they just file it by town & when they are in that area they take the oldest requests...read full review
This was my first time using team van, it’s only been two days since Salem was neutered and he’s back to himself, playing eating etc, team even called the day after to check on him, highly recommend team van thank you
So Team did a really good job on neutering my cat really good job. He re covered really good. I would recommend Team again to anybody getting their cat fixed. They were really good people and really friendly.
