Great company. I literally left my old LARGER oil/service provider for them. Previous company I even had an active contract with wouldn't even return my phone calls for a safety issue. When I had an inevitable service emergency Pennywise had amazing Patty who was friendly, attentive, and did everything she could to help me and my family before I was with them! After signing the contract, the technicians were shockingly proficient, courteous, and responded quickly to my situation. I couldn't be happier with the results. If I was with my last dismal oil company for nine years, I can only say at this time that I will likely be a lifer with Pennywise.

I have been with Pennywise for 18 years now, since we moved to town. From the very first phone call just to get info and pricing I knew how this business was run. No getting rushed off the phone, time taken to convey info clearly. This is a family run business and it shows. Everyone there takes pride in what they do and are a pleasure to work with.

I have been a customer of Pennywise for over 10 years and could not be more pleased with all that they do, from providing fuel, to replacement and maintenance of the heating system and maintenance of air conditioning, everyone, from the front desk to customer service and the delivery and repair team, has been outstanding.
