“I have trusted Michael's Carpenter Ant & Termite Services for more than 20 years. When we owned our home in West Hartford, an electrician pointed out that we had carpenter ants. Michael's took care of the problem; we clearly realized that we needed a reliable service for pest control and decided to establish an annual service contract with Michael's which includes regular preventative service visits/inspections thoughout the year. In addition, whenever unwanted "pesky visitors" appear, simply call Michael's and they will respond in a very timely manner to address the problem. For example, at one point while living in our house, a family of squirrels took up residence in the attic. Michael's set traps and after a few days, four squirrels were caught (still alive) and relocated to a natural habitat far from our home. Five years ago, we downsized to a condo in Bloomfield. The HOA includes exterior pest applications. For the interior of the condo (which is built on a concrete slab), I continue to maintain my annual pest control contract with Michael's. They provide me with regular, preventative service. The service technicians along with the office staff, are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. From my point of view, the fact that Michael's is a local business, just a few miles down the road in East Granby, is truly an added positive bonus.
