I had a wonderful experience with this business during my deck project in 2021, and I have been enthusiastically recommending them to others. However, my recent visit with a dear friend who needed assistance with a large deck and front patio project was quite disappointing. The customer service provided by the representative at the front desk was clumsy and careless. Despite arriving with detailed measurements and a blueprint, the representative refused to assist us and insisted that we should come with a contractor or an engineer for estimates.During my own project, I recall receiving excellent guidance and support from a representative who helped me make the right choices.... read full review

The place is a rip off.Charged me double for everything. Went to Home Depot everything I purchased was almost half the price. When I called to see if they can refund or credit me o was told they’ll be a 15% restocking fee.Straight up thievery.What restocking I picked up everything your lazy employees couldn’t be bothered to bring the wood and other things to me.Wonder why these mom and pops places belly up. STOP RIPPING YOUR CUSTOMERS OFF!
