“Heather is amazing! I brought two of my maltipoos here after I was desperately seeking a groomer (after having a bad experience with another). I was nervous to take my 17 year old to a new place but I’m so happy I did. She made an immediate appointment for them and just wow. They looked perfectly cut and very soft. Their nails were clipped and filed better than ever and it only took her an hour for each dog! They didn’t have to sit in a small cage waiting for other dogs to be groomed.. they were able to roam the entire room! I highly recommend her and I cannot wait to bring them back! “We are so happy with Dogtopia! The facilities are new and well kept, with ample indoor and outdoor space for the puppies to play. The hours are great for working dog parents and the app with webcams makes it easy to check in on your dog if you’re so inclined. The staff is really incredible, so friendly, accommodating and very dog-loving! “During the hardest time in our life after the rapid decline of our 9 year old best friend and bad experiences with previous vets, we turned to Dr.D and his staff, not knowing what to expect when we had to make the difficult decision to put our beautiful dog down. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the immense amount of compassion and care we were shown. From the initial greeting at the front desk, to the way Dr. D was right there with us petting our Gus and whispering sweet words in his ear as he drifted away, it was the best case scenario for such a tragic and emotional day. “There were a couple times when they had forgotten something and I had to visit twice in the same day.

Once was when they had forgotten to give my dog one of her vaccines and asked me to come back in the same day and the second time they had forgotten to give me her prescription food. I had to leave work to come back both times before they closed.

Thankfully they understood the inconvenience and quickly handled the situation by waiving some fees.
