I paid for my mother's headstone 3 years ago and it's still not placed on her grave. I was sent photos of it being completed but it's still not down. Their work is great but communication is horrible. I have received every excuse in the world as to why it isn't placed yet but not my calls and text messages aren't being replied to. Headstone was completed in March but still isn't down and her birthday and death date July 1st is approaching. I'm angry

My mother had purchased a marker back in 2004 before the new ownership had taken over. When she passed, Spartan Monuments worked with us and was very attentive to our issues. The staff provided me with updates throughout the process and personally texted me when the marker was finished and dropped off at the cemetery. They were appreciative and very considerate during the difficult time myself and my family were going through.

OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION HAS MOVED TO 347 Forbes ave New Haven CT 06512 but our quality and personal care has not changed the past 2 years have been very very hard but as we come out from that we will continue to be the Monument company you trust and can count on. We are building a complete online store to make you experience easier
