My mother had purchased a marker back in 2004 before the new ownership had taken over. When she passed, Spartan Monuments worked with us and was very attentive to our issues. The staff provided me with updates throughout the process and personally texted me when the marker was finished and dropped off at the cemetery. They were appreciative and very considerate during the difficult time myself and my family were going through.

OUR PHYSICAL LOCATION HAS MOVED TO 347 Forbes ave New Haven CT 06512 but our quality and personal care has not changed the past 2 years have been very very hard but as we come out from that we will continue to be the Monument company you trust and can count on. When my 95 years old father-in-law and I walked into the Giordano Monuments’ showroom for the first time, we were pleased by a warm welcoming atmosphere of this business. The owner, Eric expressed sympathy to my father-in-law over the loss of his wife, helped us to select a stone and handled a business card, which had company’s phone, Fax number and, additionally to our great surprise, owner’s private cell phone number.It felt so nice to deal with this small family-owned company.Yesterday we visited a shop for the second time, looked at the finished monument and paid the balance.After the final payment had been completed, I brought my father-in-law to a cemetery....read full review
