We are huge discounts on any in-stock item that we have so we can make the purchase your family stone a little bit less stressful and can save thousands of dollars at the same time. I paid for my mother's headstone 3 years ago and it's still not placed on her grave. I was sent photos of it being completed but it's still not down. Their work is great but communication is horrible. I have received every excuse in the world as to why it isn't placed yet but not my calls and text messages aren't being replied to. Headstone was completed in March but still isn't down and her birthday and death date July 1st is approaching. I'm angry
My mother had purchased a marker back in 2004 before the new ownership had taken over. When she passed, Spartan Monuments worked with us and was very attentive to our issues. The staff provided me with updates throughout the process and personally texted me when the marker was finished and dropped off at the cemetery. They were appreciative and very considerate during the difficult time myself and my family were going through.
