The appt.started on time and the service was competed in a professional manner. My stairs and couch feel and look amazing - they also smell fresh! I would definitely would use them again.

Vix has done the inside of my vehicle and my couch and has done an amazing job with both. The husband and wife duo do an incredible job taking pride in their work and ensuring that they look at every detail so everything looks brand new! Strongly recommend!!!

I am a landlord who wanted to clean my rugs in between tenants. I called a different firm first based on positive reviews but after sending them pictures of the rooms / carpeting (requested) and providing room dimensions after 3 days I wasn’t able to get an estimate OR book an appointment so I went back online looking for another company. It should be noted I have a guy I use for this but he recently retired. I came across Vix and Thumbtack (never used either before) and the reviews were also very good so I answered a few questions online and pretty quickly (less than 30 minutes) I got a quote online and was ready to go.
