Jordan literally was the best. I usually avoid the store but Jordan came in and helped me with every question and concern I had. Great conversation as well. Will definitely be coming back for that kind of service again!

Great experience at this Ulta store. If you’re going for ear piercing, Brianna is your girl(!); she is wonderful and thoughtful. Other store associates were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Cashier makes me not want to come back. Sliding my back across the counter like you’re done with me is very rude. If you didn’t want to pass me the bag after taking my items from me and putting them in there… you should work somewhere there is self checkout because you clearly are not a people person. Tone of voice could also use some work.
