I have had the opportunity to purchase services from all three of the technicians. They are all very professional, friendly, and informative. The products are amazing, but I always have to ask. They do not push their products. At the end of the day it is about your skin as skin care. Sugaring is not abrasive to the skin. These professionals assess the condition of your skin and make recommendations. On more than one occasion I have booked a specific service but the technician has advised that I wait because it would be best for my skin. I've been to see Manira at Sugar Gen twice now, and I plan to keep going back. She is so organized, kind, and polite and committed to the comfort of her clients. The sugaring process is much more painless for me than with traditional waxing, and I would strongly recommend Sugar Gen to those interested in a hair removal alternative to waxing.
