Unfortunately I just have to leave a review something i rarely ever do. I visited this establishment 3, maybe 4 times, she gets 10 out of 10 for having no wait time. For cut and style I’ll give a 7 because the style fell the very same day, a few hours later. (heard this same complaint from the person who recommended me) but thought I give it a shot. Called today to get clarification on available time slots that are open for a certain day, and just like in the pass the attitude was just so unprofessional and unfriendly that I just said you know what, that’s it. I’ve gone back and forth about whether to write this review, as I hate to bring another woman down. But I feel like it might be helpful.I went to Tiffany based on a recommendation from my mom, who really liked the way she did her silk press. Sadly, my experience was not the same.I scheduled highlights, a cut and a silk press. I asked for caramel highlights and showed her a picture for reference. When she took the foils out, the highlights on one half of my hair were bleached bright yellow blond and the other side of my head had brassy orange highlights.
