Went for an ultrasound and the tech sat in the room and ate her lunch instead of taking me on time, knowing I had a full bladder... she did not have a patient before me and took me a half hour late
TRULY AWFUL- there is a revolving door of providers here. Office manager is very unpleasant and confrontational, and the last provider I saw there was gone in less than 5 months. After multiple major care mistakes, I moved on. I would give less than one star if possible.
I have been a client for over 15 years . There is zero consistency with pcp’s. Such turnover in medical staff is difficult for patients to get quality care. I have been instructed to go elsewhere for care by their staff.
