Kala Dumas happens 2 be of the belief that a public establishment is exclusively designed for HER PERSONAL use and not that of others. My suggestion would that she'd consider making a small investment on a personal Washer & Dryer @ whereby she would not have worry about her items being handle other folks using a public facility in desperate need of the same time & consideration... The pick up & delivery laundry service is fantastic -- all items returned neatly folded and well-cared for. The dry cleaning is also excellent, and very convenient with reasonable prices for large & heavy items like duvets. Highly recommend!
