We had an awful and disgusting experience with this place. I would rate it negative if I could. The owner's wife claims that she knows EVERYTHING about the interior design while complaining about our kitchen was so small. She made fun of what I was thinking and her suggestions were actually incorrect and all the measurement her husband took was all wrong. Since they were recommended by a contractor, I chose to trust them at the beginning and the disaster has begun. Excellent place to do business with. Jenny was very responsive from my first contact with her by email. They make the process very easy especially if you know what you want. I live out of state but the property is located in Connecticut and they did everything I needed them to do remotely. Wenbo who is Jenny’s husband showed up to do the installation with the crew and oversaw every detail. The countertops came with sinks and they are just beautiful! Thank you so much Jenny, Wenbo, and crew! I highly recommend this company and it is nice to find a business that I can finally write a positive review for and mean it! We had a terrible experience with this place. I would rate this place "0" if we could. The owner does not seem to have any knowledge of how to design kitchen and bathroom etc. All what she did was complaining about our kitchen and bathroom designs when we visited the store first time. We decided not to listen to her negative comments/suggestions and go with our original plan. We actually got so many compliments about our kitchen and bathroom designs from potential buyers and we were able to sell the house quickly.
