I called this shop after a lenscrafters shop really damaged my expensive pair of sunglasses, to inquire if anything could be done to fix them. The woman I spoke with at Harvey & Lewis was professional, polite and empathetic to my distress at having an expensive pair of sunglasses chipped and scratched by a mall lenscrafters shop. While these cannot be fixed, the employee at Harvey & Lewis was knowledgeable regarding how to avoid damaging frames when fixing them, in accordance with an old and trusted establishment. I had a wonderful experience with Harvey and Lewis in West Hartford! Dr. Metz and Svitlana were very attentive, professional, thorough. Svitlana has a great sense of style and is very helpful in choosing the frames (the store has impressive selection)! During my 3 visits shopping for new frames in the Glastonbury store, I was assisted by several opticians all of whom were very knowledgeable of their products. A big shout out to Kimberly H. who helped me choose 2 frames that fit me perfectly and with insurance she made sure I got the best prices with my plan. I have a high prescription and the quality of the lenses is superior. Not only does this large store have an amazing selection, the company has their own lab so I received my glasses in 3 days. I would not shop anywhere else!
