“Pam was very responsive and organized during the planning process. I really appreciated receiving an accurate and detailed quote up-front. Wedding planning is expensive and it took any guessing out. I had a great trial and that process helped me define the looks I was going for. I had a larger wedding party and including bridesmaids, parents, and a flower girl, there were over 10 of us needing hair and makeup services. The artists, Elena & Kate (makeup) and Emily & Anny (hair) were amazing. On time, professional, kind, and excellent at what they do. We finished slightly ahead of schedule somehow which was a feat given the size of the group. I've never felt more beautiful than I did on my wedding day, and isn't that what we all dream of?? Seriously, they were great and all of my favorite people looked and felt their best, too. I’ve been coming here for over a year now, and Sage has become so much more than just my hairstylist, she’s a great friend. Sage has been doing my invisible bead extensions for over a year, and she never fails to make me feel confident, beautiful, and cared for. She truly wants the best for me, and I trust her completely. Every time I leave my appointment I feel not only amazing on the outside, but beautiful on the inside too. She’s the kind of person who makes you look forward to every visit.

And I have to say, Nicky is an incredible owner. Nicky has created a warm, positive space with the best team. You can see her heart in everything she does, the way she’s built such a positive, supportive environment for both her staff and her clients. She’s created a salon where people come to feel good, inside and out.

She took the time to really understand what I was looking for and even planned the timing so that my hair wouldn’t be pin-straight for my wedding day — exactly what I wanted. Not only did she take such care beforehand, but she followed up with me three days later to make sure I was happy with the results. My hair is smooth, frizz-free, and feels so healthy. “Julie and her team are AMAZING . I booked them for my wedding in 2027 and figured I’d go in for a cut and color since I was looking for a new stylist anyways . Wow is all I can say . She NAILED the color I wanted. Couldn’t be happier !“

“I had the absolute BEST experience with Taneisha Greene. I went in for “crochet braids” and specifically asked for kinky curly Afro hair with bangs, the hair ofc being provided by me; and when I say she delivered, I mean she DELIVERED. The install was flawless. The hair looked so natural that nobody can tell this isn’t my real hair LOL.

The hair was very big at first, and when I asked her to cut it down, she did it immediately, no hesitation, no attitude, just pure professionalism and skill. She really listens and wants you to leave feeling confident and happy.

On top of that, she made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She even washed my hair beforehand and was incredibly careful not to mess up my makeup (I had eyeliner and mascara on), which honestly meant a lot to me. That level of care is rare. Not only is she an amazing hairstylist, but she’s also an amazing person. She was on the phone practically the whole time which put me at ease and we made good small talk. The only small hiccup was my appointment being pushed back about two hours, but my little sister regularly goes to her and I can confidently say this is not a normal occurrence and the final result was more than worth it.

I will absolutely be back. 5/5 stars but truly a 10/5 in my book. If you’re thinking about booking with Taneisha Greene, do it. You won’t regret it. Wish I knew how to upload photos on here. If she moves out that state of CT, best believe I’m packing my bags.“
