I had been doing strength training on my own, in my own haphazard way. i was not sure if my technique was correct and if I needed better/different exercises.I am so glad I had the good sense to reach out to Feel Good Fitness. Trevor was an excellent teacher. He understood what kind of help I needed and worked with me with patience and good humor. Thanks to him, I now have a routine that I have been following quite religiously. I truly appreciate his help.
Paris Nahas is a great trainer. She changes the plan every 4-6 weeks so I have never plateaued. I am stronger than I have ever been. We have been working for 10 months and I have no plans to stop. I highly recommend her.
Feel Good Fitness provides the best service and could not be run by a better guy. I started off with Travis as my personal trainer and he is very keen on helping you meet your specific goals. He is also very flexible, so when I became pregnant he was able to help me transition to a better fitness plan that still helped me focus on my goals while being safe and healthy. He is best as a health coach and later became my nutritionist in which I learned so much. Travis has been through it all himself and so he understands the frustrations and helped me push on step by step when all I could focus on was my failures.
