This was my first visit and Miko the medical assistant was absolutely amazing, very pleasant and very nice. He made the visit very smooth and comfortable. I am glad I now have a new provider and they service all medical issues.
Provider Muoi Petruff and clinical staff were great in assisting my daughter who needed to be seen for an ear infection. Great bedside manners. It's easily accessible and the convience of booking the appointment online was also great.
Everyone at this location was professional and very pleasant. I had gone in for a pre-op physical but will go back again for all my medical needs. 983 New Britain Ave in West Hartford.
