“Thank goodness that I was able to be seen the other day for some kind of cyst that was growing on my ear that I was unable to see for myself, even when looking into a mirror. My ear had been painful for about a week but became even more painful and I didn't know exactly what to do. I thought it was just a pimple and my wife thought she might be able to pierce it open. However, the doctor told me it was also infected. What they actually did was to inject a corticosteroid into that area and prescribed me an antibiotic for the infection. Within about 3 to 4 hours, I didn’t feel any pain anymore and I'm taking the antibiotic until they check me again this coming week. I'd only seen them once before for an annual cancer screening and they sure did a great job last year. If I need anything else that relates to a skin condition, I surely will choose Farmington Valley Dermatology again. Everybody here acts in such a empathetic and perfessional manner.“

“WOW! A breath of fresh air in the medical community! This entire group is like a well greased machine! There is such a positive, light feeling as soon as we entered! Dr. Fend is extremely skilled and talented, humble, and compassionate. It is clear this entire team works together so well! My 98 year old mother in law needed Mohs surgery. The job he did was to perfection! She was so relaxed, she fell asleep while he worked on her. The nursing staff was also extremely professional and all there made certain we understood each step of what was happening. If you need Moh's surgery, I would highly recommend Dr Feng and his staff. I felt like I was having a dream because medicine is not so pleasant as this most places! He is patient and has no issues with the many questions I had or my mother in law's age. Nor did the nurses. She was explained what was about to be done and assured every step along the way.
