Cell Doc - Phone, Tablet and Computer Repair

My iPhone screen was cracked so I went to Cell Doc for service. The person at the stand, who wears glasses and has a bald spot, said he could replace my old screen with a new one for $200. I asked why it was so expensive and he replied that iPhones weren’t cheap, nor were their parts. He asked me how much I thought it would be and I replied, at least half, to which he laughed at, again emphasizing that iPhone products were expensive. He made his point, and I reluctantly decided to proceed with the service, which in was $223.34 in total. It took about 25 mins and he added a bonus screen protector. Excellent customer service from the gentlemen who fixed my cracked phone screen. Was straight up with the wait time and how much the cost would be, which wasn't bad at all! Def would give them my business again anytime I have internal cell phone issues that need a technician. Highly recommend this place if you are in the West Hartford Farmington area.

My iPhone 11 fell off my car and got run over by two cars behind me. the screen was black and completely shattered. I didn’t think it could be fixed and I was told by apple that it was too damaged and it needed to be replaced. The people at the cell doc desk has it fixed for me in 30 minutes!
