Adam Maynard gave me a quote for a tricky repair of a roof attached to a chimney of our workshop that was wrecked by a fallen tree after a storm. I threw him a curve ball when I asked for a change (after the quote), for a removable cap for the top of the semi-demolished chimney so we can have a mason finish the chimney top at a later date. No problem says Adam. Adam decided I needed metal flashing on the corner of our ancient carriage house ...no extra charge for material or labor. He's meticulous and does really nice work. He and his assistant were friendly. They picked after the job. I highly recommend Maynard Roofing!!

Adam and his crew did a wonderful job replacing my roof (adding exterior insulation), installing 3 skylights, and installing gutters with leaf protection. Top quality work at a reasonable price! They were respectful and considerate of people and property and worked diligently to project completion.
