⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot recommend Dr. Stephanie enough! She was able to diagnose my issue right away and took the time to thoroughly assess my condition and provide a treatment plan that addressed my specific needs. She also provided me with knowledge and techniques to prevent future injuries. I am so grateful for her help and gladly recommend her!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and she’s become a secret weapon! I’ve done plenty of PT in my life as an athlete but it’s hard to find a DPT who really understands and keeps the athlete engaged in their sport while healing, although I’m sure that’s not always applicable.. for me, it meant continuing to train for big adventures while maintaining a solid PT program. Every time I’ve listened to Stephanie I’ve gone into my next race or event pain free and I’ve been able to perform at my best. From the mental side of being an athlete, beginning any event pain free is HUGE! I’m so grateful for the support and expertise Stephanie provides!

I've seen Stephanie for both PT and mobility work, and she really knows her stuff! She's very thorough and detail oriented. She gave me very specific tweaks to the mobility exercises I was doing and prescribed more mobility work for my specific needs. I love working with her. She keeps this old lady doing CrossFit!!
